14 Days Return Warranty
We want you to love what you buy. If you would like to return the products for wrong size, wrong color, and wrong style within 14 days from the delivery date, please contact our customer service via sales@dressalbum.com for an authorized return code. Otherwise the return is not acceptable. Items returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that your return is shipped within the returns policy window which is 14 days from the delivery date. Items sent back after the return period or without original packaging and the tag attached will not be refunded. We will process the return as soon as we receive the return package. You should provide all relevant tracking information. Please note that you must pay for the return shipping fees. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or defective due to our fault that are subject to return within 14 days from the delivery date. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or the customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund. Shipping fee is not refundable. Photograph documents may be needed to prove the defect. Please contact our customer service via sales@dressalbum.com for an authorized return code. Items to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in original package. We will provide a refund as soon as we receive the return package. You should provide all relevant tracking information.
Dress Album sells out of inventory quickly. So we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item (e.g., wrong size), please return it and then place a new order online for an alternative item.
All daily deal items are considered FINAL SALE. They are non-returnable unless otherwise specified in the item details. Shipping is available within the United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@dressalbum.com.
