How much is my shipping?

Our shipping policy is simple – Dress Album ships all orders over $50 to anywhere in the United States, even Alaska and Hawaii, for FREE.

What is your return policy?
14 Days Return Warranty

We want you to love what you buy. If you would like to return the products for wrong size, wrong color, or wrong style within 14 days from the delivery date, please contact our customer service via sales@dressalbum.com for an authorized return code and return information. Otherwise the return is not acceptable. Items returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that your return is shipped within the returns policy window which is 14 days from the delivery date. Items sent back after the return period or without original packaging and the tag attached will not be refunded. We will process the return as soon as we receive the return package. You must provide all relevant tracking information and are responsible for the shipping charges back and forth. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. It may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you paid with a credit card

We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or defective due to our fault that are subject to return within 14 days from the delivery date. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or the customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund. Shipping fee is not refundable. Photograph documents may be needed to prove the defect. Please contact our customer service via sales@dressalbum.com for an authorized return code. Items to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in original package. We will provide a refund as soon as we receive the return package. You should provide all relevant tracking information.
Please note that Dress Album is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

 

Can I exchange my product?

Dress Album sells out of inventory quickly. So we may be unable to process exchanges of certain items. If you are dissatisfied with an item (e.g., wrong size), please contact our customer service via sales@dressalbum.com for an exchange or place a new order online for an alternative item. Although the return of more than four items at once is not acceptable, we will exchange alternative items for you.

All designer handbags are considered FINAL SALE. They are non-returnable unless otherwise specified in an item’s details.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Check your email for tracking information or click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.


My order never arrived.

Check your email for tracking information or click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipping company to confirm that your packages were delivered. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in the delivery.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. 

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
